- DSDeepansh SharmaJun 14, 20261.0After returning a rental car in perfect condition with a full tank, employee Schtefer Hazzlewood called 5 minutes after drop-off threatening to charge me for two extra days because I was slightly late due to traffic. Despite my apology and explanation, he refused to listen and insisted he would add two days to my bill. The next day, he called again accusing me of putting the wrong fuel grade (87 instead of 91) in the vehicle—a baseless claim that felt deliberately insulting. What's truly unacceptable is the harassment that followed. Over the last 3 days, Schtefer has called me at least 20 times. When I stopped answering, he found my friend's information online and started calling him repeatedly because he tried to intervene on one call. His behavior has crossed from unprofessional into outright harassment and intimidation. This is predatory and illegal. I am taking this matter to court.

Unfortunately, the last two times that I have rented I have been forced to wait after pre booking and in both cases did not get what I had ordered and in both cases the vehicle was not equipped with what I had ordered and the staff insured me they were prior to going to the vehicle. At the kamloops Airport the booth was under staffed and the staff were not knowledgeable about the vehicles they were renting as to how they are equipped. I will still keep renting from Enterprise because of their excellent history but if this keeps up I will have to consider alternatives. When I rent I am ussually on a time crunch and can't afford unnecessary delays.
