    Staff at Kamloops office suggested we switch from sedan to small SUV - easier to access for seniors - and we absolutely loved the Nissan Kicks. We were given a $50 discount because the car has not been properly detailed and we were given a ride to our hotel after returning the car. All staff we dealt with were very pleasant and everything was handled expeditiously.

    They canceled my reservation without contacting me. Blamed on “not having my phone number neither email” when those informations were added in the reservation. Waited for me to reach the store paying a Uride to tell me they have no cars! Never renting from this location again. Wouldn’t tell me even sorry. Terrible

    Very quick check in and out process, very friendly and accommodating staff. Vehicle was excellent and clean. First time renting from them, will definitely come back again.

    Enterprise was a joy to rent from. The process was very easy and the car a joy to drive. Bringing the vehicle back was just as easy as picking it up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would rent from them again for sure.
