    Our recent rental experience was fantastic. We had a lovely vehicle that we took out of town for a family reunion. Unfortunately; the trunk suddenly wouldn’t latch. I called enterprise and they gave us options and made a switch out to another vehicle very easy and seamless for us. No paperwork even involved. Just a simple switch. We felt like our safety was their top concern and our family was well looked after. Will definitely choose enterprise in the future

    I’ve rented a few cars from this place, and every time I’ve needed a vehicle from any of the staff, they’ve consistently provided the best customer service I’ve encountered anywhere. I’m sorry for forgetting their names but each one of them has aided me at a 5 star level.

    No option for a one service in a neighboring province. Zero assistance or help when needing a vehicle rental. Enterprise has locations in the cities we need to pick up and drop off in. Operationally useless with zero options available. Will not recommend or use in future. Having to cancel emergency plans to drive family myself home and then myself back. Thanks Enterprise for nothing and making a problem worse
