Booked an appointment for new tires 2 weeks in advance. Got multiple texts confirming the appointment. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am, guy at the desk said everything was good. Got a call an hour later saying their computer booked a repair bay instead of tire bay so they couldn’t do my tires and I’d have to rebook. Sounds like a you problem not a me problem, but whatever. Also, I need new ball joints. How would they know that if they had no plans of doing my tires today? They found the ball joints were bad when they went to do the wheel alignment. Why were they doing the wheel alignment when they weren’t putting on new tires? No idea. Then they wanted to charge me $50 for a front end inspection. Told him I wasn’t paying because they didn’t do anything. Boss said fine and I left. Never going back there.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
