  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star service It’s amazing to read all the testimonials about Dalex Auto and the people like me that they helped get back on the road. How does a shop have the ability to help people on the same day you break down? After a knowledgeable (diesel truck) diagnostic of my problem, while i waited free of charge with no appointment at 3pm, parts were ordered the following day, I was given a loaner car and I felt relief. After a week I returned to a repaired, safe, fully functional truck I could rely on to continue on my journey. This shop is in a strong position to take advantage of people but they do the opposite! They are compassionate to your situation and as Todd said to me, they prioritize the needs of travellers. The daily events of this shop would make an excellent tv show where problems get solved by genuine people and once sad customers leave with a smile. Todd and all the staff, I THANK YOU very much.

  Dalex is a five star operation. We were having an engine misfire in our motorhome. We called ahead and they had us come in that day to check it. They prioritized us because we were traveling and got us in first thing the next morning. They fixed our problem and called us to come pick it up in about four hours. Excellent quick service, very friendly, very familiar with RVs and motorhomes, and out cost was less than I expected. I highly recommended Dalex Auto Service.

  I had my van towed to Dalex after it wouldn’t start. I was still a 1000kms from home and they took a look at it straight away. They not only discovered the issue but took the time to give a thorough inspection of the vehicle. A part needed to be ordered in and they were able to get it the next day despite the remoteness of Fort Nelson. I had the opportunity to witness their team, and I saw a company that cared for each other in the same way they care for their customers. The wall of thank you cards is testimony to the quality service I recieved!

  The crew at Dalex auto got me up and going when I broke down between Alaska and Idaho. They helped explain needed services and were fair in their pricing and handled customers in the order they arrived. Will use their services again as I drive that hwy many times a year. Thanks for a job well done!!
