- SWSonia Wiggins3 days ago5.0Making my way out of SE Alaska to Florida and the Customer Service was excellent with Dalex. Todd was able to repair my slide and get me back on the road quickly. He communicated with me via email until I arrived in Fort Nelson, no cell service in the Canadian Rockies; Each evening I would check my email via Starlink and as he said repairs made and back on the road. All with a smile and willingness to help. I would highly recommend reaching out to Dalex for your Camper or Auto needs in Fort Nelson! I appreciate your guys so much!

- JBJim BackAug 25, 20265.0Dalex really took care of us after bearing failure. They fixed our bearing and backing plate problem. I asked for an oil change and they got me in the next day! They also replaced our worn out brake pads on the front of the truck. These were all last minute repairs on our way back home from Alaska. We really appreciate the work they did for us.
- RKRick KrantzAug 19, 20265.0Had a leaking wheel bearing seal on my utility trailer. Traveling through Fort Nelson from Alaska on our way back home to Minnesota. The shop manager looked at it right away for me and had one of his mechanics jump right into the repair. The repair was done in about 45 minutes and we were back on the road. Unfortunately the bearing buddy cap popped off again somewhere between Fort Nelson and Dawson Creek. Not sure if it didn’t get secured back on properly or there is another issue. Found a replacement cap in Grand Prairie. Heading to Jasper tomorrow. We will see if it stays on this time. Thanks everyone from the office to the mechanics for getting us back on the road so quickly.
