  went in for oil change. guy pulled out my engine filter saying it was dirty when I personally changed it a month ago and it wasnt dirty at all. a dirty filter also filters better than a clean one. obviously there is a happy medium there. I am a mechanic myself. Anyway I just hate people who upsell unnecessary stuff. I would go to jiffy lube in hindsight.

  Friendly and efficient service. My vehicle got an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I will definetly be back. I especially appreciate the technician taking the time to explain what to look for. Keep up the great work 🙂

  So they did the oil change 2⭐️ Recently visited this location while going through town. This was on my fiancée’s car. We drove in because I found out she’s way over due. Got the oil change but service was lacklustre. The tech did a visual inspection under the hood that’s about it. Didn’t check transmission or diff fluids. Never asked if I wanted anything else done for the mileage. **See below for what’s on their FAQ’s from their website of what they should be doing and informing the owner/operator of the vehicle. This oil change felt hugely rushed and just to get us in and out and. It personable. When I asked about a Veterans discount they said they offer none and to look at the website on my phone for coupons. This again felt dismissive! My local Great Canadian oil change in Terrace BC gave veteran discounts and was super friendly staff. Always reminded me mileage/expected service intervals. They always showed me the fluids including the oil before and after. I get these are bought into the franchise but this shop definitely gives the franchise a poor expectation when usually I have had nothing but great experiences. Well I definitely wouldn’t go to this location again.
