  Enterprise rented me a vehicle through ICBC but I would choose Enterprise anyway. I’ve never had a problem with Enterprise. Ethan was great!

  Highly recommended ☺️ We booked a car for 3 weeks from May 2026. Brendan could not have been more helpful with our rental, and provided fast responses to any concerns we had whilst travelling. The young female airport staff member was equally very supportive on our initial arrival. Prices were reasonable, and our only disappointment with the vehicle was having no GPS navigation. Thankyou.

  The staff at the Cranbrook location are incredible ! First time using the service here and had plenty of questions, not only did they have the patience with dealing with me over multiple phone calls, they walked me thru the entire process and helped me get my vacation off to the best start. All my thanks to Brandon and Andrew !!! If you need a good rental service in Cranbrook I would recommend them everytime to anyone including friends and family.

  Reserved a vehicle for 8am and then when i got there was told they wouldn't have anything until 12pm. I told them i only have debit and they refused me immediately
