  Absolutely terrible! The truck we rented for our road trip had transmission troubles. My partner called the road side assistance number (we paid extra to have this service) and they told us no problem, they would get us a tow and have another truck ready for us at the Kimberly airport enterprise location (Great!). While we waited for the tow truck to show up my partner called them back to make sure we would actually have a similar size vehicle and that it would be ready as we would be arriving close to closing time. They assured him that we would, and offered to transfer the call to them so he could also speak with them directly. This transfer went to a voicemail. We had a lot of luggage, a large dog, and a lot of miles to cover, so it was important that we have enough room and availability to get back on the road asap, so I called back a third time. Again they assured me the truck would be ready, I told them that the number they transferred the previous call to just went to voicemail, were they sure? They hung up on me, then called back a couple minutes later saying that yes, the location had been alerted and the vehicle would be ready. Guess what happened when we arrived. They had no clue we were coming! They guy manning the desk spent 20 minutes on the phone with his manager, just to tell us they didn't have a truck or large SUV available. We would have to wait till tomorrow morning for one to return, but he could give us a ride somewhere. After expressing my disappointment, he said he could lend us a car for the night, but that's the best they could do. Mind you, after taking us to this car I count over 7 trucks and at least 5 large SUV's sitting in the lot. Now we're stuck paying for an extra night's stay, a tiny car in need of an oil change, and 16+ hours behind schedule.

  Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed my mother to pick up my car and the branch manager Andrew helped out immensely. It was not the norm and I’m super appreciative of their assistance. Great service
