Real professionals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

People definitely steered us in the right direction… Faith and the crew in the garage found out (and showed us with detailed pictures) that the previous work on our transmission had been completely botched. They undid the mess made by previous people and did the job properly, again demonstrated very clearly with photographs of their work. Faith was really helpful in explaining to me what the previous folks had done wrong, and what EK Transmission had to do to fix it properly. Armed with photo evidence and a clear explanation, I will be able to go back to the original place (in a different town) to have a chat with them about their work. Save yourself the trouble and go to EK Transmission right off the bat!

- JDJames DalyJun 1, 20265.0So I ended up with a transmission hose issue at 4:40pm as I was travelling through. I called them fully expecting to be told they were booked up or closing. The first legend I came across was Faith. She sorted some things out and told me to bring it in. Then the second legend I encountered was the mechanic, Philip. Between the two of them my issue was resolved and wrapped up by 4:55pm. Both of them were super helpful and I am extremely appreciative! If you need 2 legends to sort you out, this is the place to go!
