- AAAmped2 days ago1.0Be aware going here for an oil change. I went to have my truck oil changed they finished in about 12-15 minutes. Showed me the dipstick after completing and it wasn’t much cleaner than running my truck for 5000km. I said to the kid this is completely dirty oil? He laughed at me saying your truck is a diesel what do you expect. So I told him when I change my own oil and check it after the change it comes out clean on the dipstick. He shook his head saying it’s a diesel it will never show up clean? Anyways I asked to speak to the manager the manager pulled the service guys aside spoke to them out of hearing range. They changed my oil again and it was clean. Unfortunately the turbo declined to work after 1 hour of driving. I took my truck to a diesel mechanic in Burnaby they did an oil analysis and found sand dirt particles. They suspect it was tampered with because the oil was clean but had large amounts of sand that shouldn’t have passed the oil filter. In the end it cost me an engine flush new turbo and oil. Total cost over $7000. Don’t go here if you value your vehicle and try to take care of it.

- JDJeremy DeRocheSep 25, 20265.0Quick, efficient and friendly service. Appreciate the thorough walk through and additional services (eg, washer fluid checks, tire pressure checks, etc) from Renish.
- BIBryan IwataSep 25, 20265.0Jeremy was awesome and got everything I wanted done quickly. I highly recommend these guys over Mr. Lube because they don’t try to upsell you on a million things and don’t pressure you into anything. Really great experience. I’ll be going here from now on that’s for sure.
