  My experience with Enterprise in Coquitlam was excellent, they were truly helpful, and made everything easy. Picked me up from my home and when my rental was returned drove me home. Really happy with their service.

  I recently picked up a rental car after my car accident and they had it ready for me when I came to pick it up. When I dropped it off, they immediately came out and looked at everything and it was all done in under 10 minutes. The staff there are very friendly and very efficient!! I would definitely rent from them again.

  I have had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I booked a vehicle online multiple times, but while I was already on my way to the branch, I received a call telling me that they did not have a vehicle available. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially after making a confirmed reservation and planning my transportation around it. I have also noticed that the booking team seems to push the highest-priced rental options, particularly on weekends, rather than trying to find a reasonable option that meets the customer’s needs. I feel that customer service is not being prioritized. I have called this branch several times, and on multiple occasions I was left on hold for around 20 minutes. There does not seem to be anyone at this location who is taking responsibility for addressing customer concerns or resolving these issues. Overall, my experience with this branch has been extremely disappointing. The customer service has been very poor, and I hope Enterprise management reviews how this location handles reservations, pricing, and customer complaints.

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise!:) From the very beginning, everyone I spoke with over the phone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It honestly stood out to me because you don’t always come across that level of genuine customer service anymore. A special shoutout to Alejandro, who drove me to get my car. He was so kind, friendly, and great to talk to. He made the experience even better and was genuinely such a pleasure to interact with. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a rental car. Thank you to the whole team for making everything so easy and pleasant
