- BHBasan HamzyAug 9, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my rental experience. I was initially told that I would be provided with a better vehicle, but that commitment was not honored. I was also contacted and instructed to return the vehicle earlier than expected, even though my ICBC rental coverage had not reached its limit. To make matters worse, I was personally charged for the final day despite the total rental cost still being below my ICBC coverage limit. I later contacted both Enterprise and ICBC regarding this issue, and ICBC confirmed that my rental had been authorized through August 8 and that there should have been coverage for that day. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, confusion, and additional time spent making calls to resolve an issue that should not have occurred in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this rental was handled and expected much better communication, accuracy, and customer service from Enterprise.

But, make sure to take photos of the car before you leave! On return they tried to charge me for a subtle preexisting dent on the roof--fortunately I had a photo showing it was there before! Edit: Had a nice follow up call from the rental desk assuring me there won't be any problems related to this, and checking that the rental was a positive one. I recommend this local enterprise. Good service!
