  Estábamos interesados en rentar un carro, la persona (un asiático) que nos atendió fue grosero, no nos quiso mostrar el carro, nos pidió que lo encontráramos en el estacionamiento, le molestaba todas las preguntas que hacíamos, ya que necesitábamos un carro grande por ser una familia de 5, al final nos dijo: si quieren es el único carro que tenemos, y todos aquí rentamos lo mismo. El peor servicio que he tenido (y veníamos de Nueva York) Justo al lado nos atendieron en otra agencia increíble, todo lo facilitaron y rentamos con ellos por la atención y el servicio. Terrible servicio y ser humano.

  Hahahaha. I called because I thought there was an error on the website. They wanted 737.56 to rent for 24hours. Pick up in comox drop off in Vancouver. Ya right.

  My rental has a faulty wiper blade. I had a 3 hr drive in the rain where they offered no support or offered to have me buy a blade. When I returned, I asked management to contact me. They didn't bother.
