Was just about to drive by fountain tire when i said to the wife “ fountain will have one “. Not only did they have one but they came out to help me put on the car. I said to the wife as we left “ that would have at least taken me a whole day to do “ Keep doing what your doing as, I being in retail , today learned again a important lesson about exceptional customer service ! I am writing this late because I honestly thought I posted it last year when this happened, but the incredible service we received still deserves recognition. After another driver kindly followed us off Highway 1 at the Agassiz exit to warn us about a bulged rear tire, we immediately called Fountain Tire Chilliwack. We spoke with Joshua, who was genuinely concerned for our safety and made absolutely sure we were safely off the highway first. From that initial call, the service was incredibly prompt. Joshua’s communication skills were spot on. He made it so easy to find the exact tire specifications he needed. To be completely prepared, he even sent out two tires just in case our other rear tires looked suspicious. The technician who arrived to change the tire was extremely kind. He didn't just swap the bad tire; he took the time to check the condition and air pressure of all our other tires too. Thank you so much to Joshua and the team for turning a scary highway situation into a safe, smooth experience. I highly recommend them.
