  Very disappointed and not being able to call the location I wanna speak to at airport road Chilliwack and instead get mistreated by the forced call through a general call centre with zero knowledge, 2 reps tried to lie, wasting my time rerouting me to apparently talk to the store directly then another call centre representative comes on the phone with zero communication skills, causing me to have to repeat myself several times ended up wasting my time and having to hang up. There should be a phone number that we can call directly to the location we are dealing with. You’ve just lost a repeat customer

  The gentleman that I dealt with was very nice and I was extremely happy to receive a rental that matched what category my car would be in. The service was fantastic and everything went smoothly and quite fast. Highly recommend.

  I rented a car via their website (a one way from Chilliwack to Vancouver) everything was confirmed online. An hour before pick up, they call me and say they don’t have any car for me. Called with my sister’s local phone to asked for another type of car for the day. Hertz started doing the reservation and a car was finally available until I mentionned it was a one way trip suddenly no car available. Left me and my 5y/o without any ride. A day of notice before my flight back home. I had to go by a booster seat and to pay a 150$ uber drive to get to Vancouver.
