  My vehicle is not very common so I brought my own filter that was purchased at a vendor and the tech realized that I had been sold the wrong one even though it was just a slight difference. They also called around and went to buy me the correct one. This mistake could have cost me thousands if it had not been noticed by the team at GCOC Thank you for the extra effort and professionalism.

  New to us vehicle, needed oil change. Asked staff to check other levels as wasn't sure when last changes done. Suggested rad and transmission fluid change as close to 200,000 km. Staff member explained why to do this, cost and amount of time would take. Decided to go for all three changes. Given 10% off, nice surprise. All staff on the floor were friendly, remembered me from previous times came to shop. Really appreciate the good nature of your team and the customer service they provide

  Got my oil changed here a couple weeks ago and once again had a great experience. They’re quick, knowledgeable, and never make you feel pressured into upselling anything. I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the area four years ago, and that alone says a lot.
