- JBJanet BruceJul 31, 20261.0I actually did not receive any service. I drove up and both bays were empty. Three employees were sitting outside, looked at me, and went back to their conversation. A young blonde man came from a side door and gestured for me to move forward. As I pulled into the bay he started to yell at me to put my cigarette out (as I was already doing) He started yelling at me again that there was no smoking in the building. My cigarette was already out. He kept going on and on. I told him to forget the oil change and to let me out. When the door was opening (way past the top of my car) he stood in front of my car and said I just had to wait until the door was all the way to the top. I will never visit any Great Canadian Oil Change again. I went to another place and have never received such awesome service. They will have all my business from now on!!!
