He also noticed a lot of oil buildup on my engine. He topped up the oil and cleaned the engine for free, which I really appreciated. Reegan has a great, low-pressure approach; he’s clearly trustworthy and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I highly recommend this place for an oil change.

Instead of simply stepping closer to hear me, he kept making me repeat myself like I was inconveniencing him. It felt arrogant and dismissive, which is pretty frustrating when you’re the one paying for the service. At one point I had to tell him to just open the gate because I didn’t come there to deal with an entitled grease monkey giving attitude over a basic oil change. If you’re working in customer service, a little basic respect and professionalism goes a long way. Hopefully management addresses this, because that kind of behavior is not a good look for the business.
