    Booked 3 weeks plus in advance and was called 1 day before saying no truck was available at location I had booked earlier, was told to go a different location for pickup.. 1 hour+ round trip for both pickup and return.. in return was offered 200 extra kms a day.. end of month , hours notice to try and find another, so with no options I felt I had to accept as everything else was in place . So much for worry free booking, having to sourcing a ride during the day plus the added time .. Thanks guys!

    Great service! The staff provided helpful information to help me decide what truck to rent and reserved it for me immediately, offering no-charge cancellation and confirming with me the day prior. The pick up and drop-off process was transparent, simple, and quick - no hassle or extra fees on drop-off. The truck was in great shape and did the job well. I even forgot something in the cab of the truck. I told them this and they retrieved my stuff and put it aside for me to retrieve afterwards.

    Extremely courteous and professional. Originally couldn’t give me the truck I ordered but gave me a larger one at the same price. No surprises. Everything went as they said it would. 100% satisfied.

    I forgot an item in the rental car and called the next day, but they didn't try to even look for it. It's really expensive and the only way it has gone missing is if someone took it.
