    I have rented a truck/car here multiple times and it has been 10/10 service each time. The cars are clean, etc, never had a problem. What stood out are the staff who has excellent customer service. There was a time I was stranded and it was raining and the staff, especially the tanned man at the front desk I think is the manager and the lady, went above and beyond to help me. Great team. There's also this tall asian guy that's been really great.

    I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car in Burnaby. The entire team was incredible to work with from start to finish. From the moment I was picked up by the lovely woman driving the courtesy car, I felt taken care of. Every staff member I interacted with—from the customer service team to the vehicle inspection staff—was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was their communication. The team went above and beyond by providing regular courtesy calls to keep me updated on my ICBC claim status whenever they received new information. Honestly, they were more proactive, supportive, and communicative than ICBC itself, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The rental vehicle I received was in excellent condition—spotless, well‑maintained, and comfortable. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this hardworking and dedicated team. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you feel supported and satisfied. The owners should be very proud of such a friendly and outstanding group of staff. I will absolutely be using Enterprise again for any future rental needs and highly recommend this location to anyone!

    Only place in the lower mainland I will rent a car from! This location is the best car rental place ive ever been. Its a little out of my way, but worth it! Amazing friendly service. Everyone that works there is beautiful, maybe family lol. they are always smiling, seem to really like their jobs. No games, the vehicle or type of vehicle you requested is there waiting for you. even if they have to bring it in from another location. I can't stand those shady car rental places that always way overbook and screw you around make you wait for hours, with a crappy attitude. This place just gets what customer service means ❤️ If you want the red carpet rolled out for you, Regent Enterprises is your place👍

    I had a frustrating experience with this car rental location due to unclear and inconsistent information. I called ahead to confirm whether I could rent a car using a debit card and was told it would be fine as long as the address matched my driver’s licence. Based on that, I made the trip there with a baby, only to be told in person that debit card rentals require multiple additional documents (references, utility bill, pay stubs), none of which were mentioned on the phone. I was also not informed about the $300 security deposit. It’s completely understandable if there are stricter requirements for debit card rentals, but those details should be clearly communicated upfront so customers can plan accordingly. Because this wasn’t explained, the trip ended up being a waste of time and made an already challenging situation more stressful. Please ensure staff provide complete and accurate information over the phone.

    I’ve used car rental services from other companies quite a few times, and honestly, I’d come to expect a certain level of rudeness or lack of care. I just assumed that was the norm—until I went to this Enterprise location. The difference was immediately noticeable. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, and during the vehicle walkaround, they were very thorough—pointing out any existing imperfections and confirming everything was properly documented. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence. The whole process felt smooth and well-organized, which made the experience stress-free. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially with unlimited mileage included. This location completely changed my expectations for car rentals. I’d absolutely recommend them.
