  Friendliest guys you can come across. Will, Dianna, Reece, and Kaleigh at the truck rental division are all gems. Super friendly and professional and make the experience as seamless as possible every time. Sunam the manager at the car division is also a great friendly fellow and happy to run into him every time.

  Friendly team, but unfortunately a very disappointing experience with Enterprise North Burnaby. I have rented cars dozens of times in Ontario and have never experienced anything like this. Only a few minutes after starting to drive the rental car, I noticed a noise coming from the rear while the car was stopped. Unfortunately, I was rushing to catch the ferry and didn’t have time to turn around and return to the branch to report it. When I returned the car, I was told that the issue was considered to have been caused by me and that my Damage Waiver would be used to cover it. I rented through my company’s corporate promo code, which included Damage Waiver, but I strongly believe this was a pre-existing mechanical issue and not something I caused. What I found most disappointing is that I was the customer who was given a car with an apparent issue, yet I ended up being treated as if I was responsible for it. I wasn’t charged, so this isn’t about the money. It’s about fairness and how the situation was handled. I’ve had dozens of rentals in Ontario without any similar experience. I hope Enterprise improves its vehicle inspection process so customers aren’t put in this position.

  Horrible and very disappointing experience. We were given a damaged car that made a loud and irritating noise whenever it was stopped, so we had to deal with it at every traffic light and every stop. It was a very obvious and irritating sounds that could be heard from the outside - but they didn’t mention that to us when giving us the car. We were in a rush to catch the ferry so we couldn’t turn back to give back the car and tolerated the sound our entire trip. When we returned the car, however, they claimed they had no idea about the issue and said they were going to charge our insurance for it. Even though we weren’t being charged personally, that’s not the point— they were trying to pin it on us while they are the ones renting out damaged cars. Be careful!! When we tried to explain this, they kept repeating their side and would not properly listen to what we were saying. The whole experience felt extremely unfair and honestly made it seem like they were just looking for something to charge. Very unprofessional and frustrating customer service. Go to any other Enterprise location, but not this one. I would never rent from here again and would absolutely never recommend them.

  Very pleased with this Enterprise location. Easy access from the TCH. Great support before, during, and after rental period. Employee that assisted on site was courteous and professional. Car was very clean and in great shape. Highly recommend and I will be back for future rental needs!
