  The staff at the Enterprise Rent A Car location are very friendly and helpful and do everything they can to ensure the rental experience is a positive one. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

  I feel bad for the body shop which uses their services for short term car loans. Poor service, very slow, can't produce card transaction receipts, nor enough chairs in the waiting area and rather rude management. Ended up walking away after some uncomfortable wait.

  CJ and the entire front office team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I walked in, CJ greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake he actually stepped around the counter to shake my hand and as i was sitting I noticed he did that with all their clients —wow! That simple gesture immediately set the tone and showed genuine kindness and professionalism. The other young men on the team were just as incredible. They made sure every detail was taken care of, answered all my questions, and even gave me a ride so I could park my own car. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but this team truly does. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. They made what could have been a routine experience feel exceptional. A huge thank you to CJ and the entire front office staff for reminding me what world-class customer service looks like. You have earned a customer for life, and I will happily recommend Enterprise to my family and friends. Ali

  Renting a small sedan at 8am for a trip to USA 2026July19, quite impressed by the attitude displayed by Saunam Bhattacharjee (Assistant Branch Manager) Enterprise of North Burnaby on that busy Sunday morning, calming down a lady with 10am appointment who did not want to understand that they just opened at 8am and need to serve the people who had earlier reservation time but came later than her. Finally she calm down after Saunam promised that she would get her car if she waited half an hour to let him clear the people who had earlier reservation behind her, which happened to be us. Amazingly Saunam was able to keep his promise for I watched that lady leading two kids happily walked out to her rental car when we were about to drive out with ours half an hour later. The team member who lead us to our car clearly explained what would be considered as damaged and what not, we (as always) took picture of those "imperfection" anyway. Thanks to the other review about the bottom of the car is not part of the Enterprise check-out procedure, we will make sure to peek underneath during the check out time or take a picture (if possible) the next time we rent from this Enterprise or any rental car companies. There already many previous good Google reviews on Saunam and the team of this Enterprise, our recent experience just confirmed that. Thank you to Saunam & team of Enterprise North Burnaby, keep up the great job!

  Absolutely horrible business practice. I returned a car and the worker claimed that I caused a crack on the bottom of the car. I know for a fact that I did not hit the car because a crack that size is something I would hear. He immediately mentioned that I paid using amex and I can easily file a claim. The fact that he immediately jumped to my amex claim was already a red flag that he was trying to force this claim on me. Fast forward to today, I found out from a separate enterprise branch that the company does not in fact check the bottom of the car in the procedures. The worker went in detail on which part of the cars they check, and emphasized the bottom of the car was out of the regular procedure. I realized that this branch was simply scamming us out of a claim. Absolutely disgusting and predatory behaviour. Clearly this branch has a lack of morals. I advise any future customers to be careful and take thorough videos, even of the bottom so this scamming branch will not be able to file a claim against you.
