- CCConnie ChenSep 21, 20261.0The experience was really far from great with this car rental. Our car was involved in a vehicle accident yesterday and icbc had arranged a rental for us at this location with a confirmation no. in early morning (7am), saying Enterprise probably would contact us with 30minutes from opening hour. We didnt hear anything from them until 3:1x pm. An agent called and ask if we wish to pick up on the same day (yet their office closes by 5). We were without our car and so we said to pick up the next day instead. The agent said ok but then when we called them this morning, they said oh we were about to call you to let you know that we didn't have a car for you blah blah blah, and redirect us to another location We had a CONFIRMATION NO. I couldnt understand their way of doing business..

- KLKim LittleSep 4, 20265.0Had a really great experience at this location! The gentleman who helped us was really helpful, gave us information about the car, really checked it out before we drove off the lot and we appreciate that because we were on a family road trip with two young children. We rented the Chrysler Pacifica and it was so great for our long road trip.
