  I stopped in for an oil change before going on a road trip to Calgary. Red informed me that I still had about 3000 kms before I needed to have my oil changed. I decided to wait until coming back from Calgary, but he was kind enough to change out my cabin filter and engine filter for me as I had just picked up new ones. I will definitely be back for my oil change when I get back. Thank you Red, you're amazing!

  I had an excellent experience today at Great Canadian Oil Change! I came in for a full synthetic oil change because today they had a special coupon for $40 off! I also ended up doing a transmission fluid flush, after the technician showed me how dirty my fluid was. The entire team was friendly, professional, educated, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured into additional services, and completed the work much faster than I expected. I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process and how well they took care of my vehicle, checking all my lights and tire pressure. They even filled my washer fluid! I am glad I found a shop nearby that provides great customer service while making routine maintenance so easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back for future services and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!

  The person who helping me with my recent oil change asked me if I’ve been topping up my own oil between oil changes because it was overfilled. He said doing so can cause damage. I told him actually no the last time anyone touched the oil was here at the same location with a different technician during the last oil change. This person then backpedaled quickly and said oh it wasn’t filled too much, it’ll be just fine. Like what in the world…. Can’t trust them. Only good thing giving 2 stars is the fact that it’s a quick drive in service and I don’t have to leave my car for hours. They also quoted me $400 for transmission fluid replacement, but I took it to Toyota Auto for a second opinion and they replaced for $245. I think these guys here tried to take advantage of a young blonde girl… beware.

  I give this place one star because the people that are working here are very kind. But that's where it ends. I went in this morning to have my oil change done. They were under my car for quite a while, and then came out and said that the drain plug is too tight and they can't get it off, that I will have to go back to the person who did my last oil change and ask him to take it off, and do the oil change. I didn't see a problem doing that. But once I left, I decided I would go to jiffy lube on the corner of ware street and south fraser way. I explained to them what I was told and they went under and took a picture of my drain plug came up and showed it to me and said that the guys had stripped it When I was at great Canadian. He explained to me that they could get this off but it would cost me $30 for them to take it off, and then $20 for a new drain plug. I went ahead and had them do it when everything was done they asked me if the other guys had put any oil in my car. I told him I don't think they did because they couldn't drain anything, what would be the reason to add it? He said that my oil was overfilled. So obviously they must have added oil to it for no reason at all. I went back to great Canadian with my drain plug and my receipt, showing that they had ruined my drain plug and that I expected them to pay for what they had done. They then proceeded to tell me that they had already told me it was stripped, which they hadn't, and that they didn't do it, that the guy who had my oil change done the first time had done it. I knew this wasn't true because of two things. I took it to a very respectable shop to have all my fluids done and over $2000 worth of work done on my car. And the other reason is because he is a very good family friend. And if he had stripped my drain plug, he would have replaced it immediately. These guys will make mistakes and blame it on other people, no one wanted to take responsibility. They did not reimburse me for the $50 plus tax that I had to put out to have their mistake fixed. I will never go here again, and I really will discourage anyone from ever coming here
