I went in with that little rain cloud over my head and came out feeling like it was sunny. I like being treated this way!
- CCChrisJan 15, 20265.0My experience isn't the typical 5 star experience. I brought my brand new 2026 vehicle to this Fountain Tire to get a set of winter tires swapped onto the original rims. During the process the finish on one of the rims was damaged pretty substantially, it looked like it got hit with a grinder that slipped when the weights were being cleaned up. This would normally be a 1 or 0 star review. The reason I'm giving this location 5 stars, is the level of professionalism they had when dealing with this issue. They immediately took responsibility, did not try and play any sort of blame game, and provided a quick solution around my schedule and had my rim sent out to be refinished. While this was not an ideal situation to be in, things will happen, accidents will happen and I believe that a company can turn a negative situation into a positive experience when they handle it properly. This experience has shown me that this location has integrity and will do what it takes to make things right and will own up to mistakes.

I didn’t k know until I am at Costco fuelling up. My tire sensor is saying low tire detected. I fuel and rip over to Fountain Tire off Sumas Way. I explained what’s going on. They take my car in right away. 20 minutes later out walks there front customer service guy. He says all fixed and ready to go. No payment needed. It’s on the house. I feel unbelievably grateful these guys were there to help. THANK YOU FOUNTAIN TIRE!!! I’ll definitely keep bringing my vehicles to them !!! Awesome service.
