  Refused to honor roadstar rental for lady with dogs, because she had no creditcard. The agent at insurance promised her it wouldnt be a problem. They wouldnt let her use their phone, or internet to contact ICBC so she went to Work BC, where they too wouldnt give the password to internet. Her car had a broken back window, and she had all her belongings for a province wide drive with her. Including court files. Callous service!!!!!! 911 was called, police had to drive her to hospital for her breakdown.

  Recently rented a car from them and was pleasantly surprised to get the Manager’s Choice, which absolutely blew my mind! And as if that wasn’t enough, they went the extra mile and dropped me home as a complimentary service. They even followed up with a call afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the service and to ask what they could do better. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I genuinely felt well taken care of from start to finish!

  Our First Car Rental Experience in Canada — Exceptional Customer Service! My son and I used a car rental service for the first time in our lives, and Enterprise in Abbotsford was our first experience in Canada. From the very beginning, everything was wonderful. The car was new, clean, and well maintained, and the customer service we received during our initial visit was excellent. The team at the Abbotsford branch clearly knows how to take care of their customers. We also appreciated having the option to purchase full coverage insurance, which gave us additional peace of mind during our trip. It is always easy to write a good review when everything goes smoothly. But what impressed us even more was the way the team handled a difficult and complicated situation afterward. When you are new to Canada and English is not your first language, having supportive and understanding staff can make a huge difference. It becomes one of the most important factors in building trust in a company. We would especially like to recognize Aaron and Shivam Jain, who went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. They were professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. They know how to turn a stressful situation into a positive customer experience — and, most importantly, they know how to make a customer feel heard and valued. Aaron and Shivam, thank you very much for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service! You did an outstanding job. Keep it up, guys! We are very grateful for this experience and will definitely recommend the Enterprise Abbotsford team to our friends and family, especially those visiting us from Europe.
