  Our First Car Rental Experience in Canada — Exceptional Customer Service! My son and I used a car rental service for the first time in our lives, and Enterprise in Abbotsford was our first experience in Canada. From the very beginning, everything was wonderful. The car was new, clean, and well maintained, and the customer service we received during our initial visit was excellent. The team at the Abbotsford branch clearly knows how to take care of their customers. We also appreciated having the option to purchase full coverage insurance, which gave us additional peace of mind during our trip. It is always easy to write a good review when everything goes smoothly. But what impressed us even more was the way the team handled a difficult and complicated situation afterward. When you are new to Canada and English is not your first language, having supportive and understanding staff can make a huge difference. It becomes one of the most important factors in building trust in a company. We would especially like to recognize Aaron and Shivam Jain, who went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. They were professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. They know how to turn a stressful situation into a positive customer experience — and, most importantly, they know how to make a customer feel heard and valued. Aaron and Shivam, thank you very much for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service! You did an outstanding job. Keep it up, guys! We are very grateful for this experience and will definitely recommend the Enterprise Abbotsford team to our friends and family, especially those visiting us from Europe.   I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Car Rental! From the moment I arrived, the entire rental process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. A special thanks to Akshit, who guided me through the entire process, including the rental agreement and all the details I needed to know. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His excellent customer service made the whole experience even better. I’m very glad I chose Enterprise for my rental. My overall experience was superb, and I would definitely recommend Enterprise to my family and friends whenever they need a rental vehicle. Thank you, Akshit, and the Enterprise team, for the excellent service!

  DO NOT rent a car from this branch. Was given an SUV that was leaking oil, and had tons of damage. My husband did a walk around with the employee and pointed out every piece of damage so that it would be noted and not fall on us upon return. Once we had it for a couple days we realized the oil leak and called enterprise to return the vehicle for a new one. They said they had no other vehicles to offer us and suggested we take the car in to their shop to be fixed… is that our responsibility?? We ended up calling a different branch who had a vehicle available and confirmed we could make the switch. It was again discussed that all the body damage on the car was from previous drivers. Weeks later we got a call saying we would have to pay for said damage. My husband asked for them to pull video footage that would prove him pointing everything out and that the vehicle was given to us in terrible condition. He later got a call confirming this and said the matter was resolved. Now 5 months later this branch has opened an ICBC claim against my husband for damage WE NEVER CAUSED. Disgusting customer service, and LAZY incompetent employees. Not to mention, renting out vehicles that should not even be on the road. Negligent.

  Terrible experience, would not recommend. We booked a car rental online, called to confirm that there was a call available and when we arrived they told us there were no cars available.

  Convenient and simple process. Enterprise picked me up at the auto body shop where I was offered a VW Taos as a replacement for my SUV. Staff took the time to fully explain the features of the car and document any dents and scratches before I took possession. A good experience overall.
