  Kelly at the Barstow location was truly an amazing person! The service there was top notch It was busy when i arrived, she was all alone , and handled all customers with pride, patience, professionalism and with a kindness that shines through her whole aura A total pleasure! She is an asset to the company ( cars were good too! Lol) Thanks Kelly and Enterprise… ill be back

  Loved the customer service that Daisy provided she was really helpful as well as her coworkers and I loved the car except that it had dog hairs and I’m allergic so I was a little concerned cause I was sneezing the whole trip!! But over all good gas mileage on this vehicle a Nissan Versa!!

  Never had a worse experience and vehicle condition than this location. First had a reservation for over 30 days prior to rental for an intermediate SUV. Got there a little early and my veh was not there. Told me to come back at 12 which was my appt time, came at 1130 and still nothing and found out my car would be late and that it had a possible mechanical problem. Ended up not getting into the car until about 230. This car was terrible had been smoked in smelled bad like marijuana and had a nasty stain in carpet and seats were filthy and window had a chip that wasn't repaired on driver side. Was so bad it made my eyes burn. They sprayed some stuff but it did nothing but temporarily mask the smell. Had to drive 8 hrs. like that then traded car in at Tucson location where they couldn't believe this car was even rented out like that. Never going back and definitely not taking another customer to that location.

  I would go lower if I could...it's pretty shitty when your daughter is trying to leave a bad domestic situation, clear across the country....have the cash, and the money on the debit/Mastercard and they won't even rent her a car, to leave and move her stuff back home, even though you have an account in good standing with them all because she doesn't have a major credit card....
