From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. Jamie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. What really stood out was his attitude he was patient, personable, and truly seemed to care about providing excellent service rather than just completing a transaction. Jamie also helped me get comfortable in my rental Tesla and while it was raining he stood outside and still explained everything to me. In a situation that could have easily been frustrating, Jamie made everything feel effortless. His efficiency, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter someone who delivers this level of customer care consistently. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like Jamie on their team. He absolutely deserves recognition and in my opinion, a raise for the exceptional work he does
