  Before I installed tires there I got a quote. Good price. Competitive with other vendors. No pressure at all to add road hazard warranty. I appreciate that. Ken was knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I will return there in the future.

  My family and I have been Les Schwab customers for over 30 years. This is the worst service I have ever received. Arrived at 8:20 a.m. was told it would take 2 hours to rotate my tires and check my front brakes. After three hours I came to check on my car and they still hadn't taken it in. I was very upset especially when I found out the customers waiting there didn't have an appointment and they got their cars repaired faster than me. Well when they took my car in it took them less than 30 minutes to rotate my tires then they said they didn't have time to check the rest. This is frustrating because had they taken my car in in the order it arrived besides the appointments they they would have had time. Worst customer service ever. Very disappointing.

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice. Scott provided excellent customer service—he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location. Ask for Scott.

  Yesterday, New Year’s Day, it was pouring rain as I was driving over two hours home, rushing, because of a family emergency. But I got a flat, and nowhere was open. I was panicking. This was the only place that was open I could find. I pulled in and asked them if they had a new tire. I couldn’t drive 100+ miles on a donut on the freeway. They didn’t have a tire in my car’s size. They found the problem though: a screw lodged in my tire. I didn’t tell them that I was coming home because my grandma was in her last hours, just that I had a family emergency. They still worked quickly to help me, pulled out the screw in record time, plugged the hole in the tire, and when I asked what I owed them, the man at the front whose name I never got told me simply “don’t worry about it”. I insisted, and he told me “don’t worry about it”. My girlfriend managed to leave them money for me, over their objections, because this act of kindness broke me and I had to step outside. I don’t know when I’ll ever be around in the area again. I made it home in time to see my grandma before she passed later that day thanks to this shop. The people here are the best people, that’s all I know. I don’t know the prices, I don’t know if they’re expensive, but if you want to help good people and get good help, this is the place for you.
