  First and last time using this station! I'm new to this electric car game and it's quite the learning curve. So far it's been a headache and I've learned quickly what not to do, in part due to EVgo. I did a quick 20 minute charge with a station located inside a parking garage - it was late and the only option. I was literally the only person in the entire garage. It felt a little sketchy, so I only did 20 minutes. EVgo authorized my card for $55!!! That was 4 (week) days ago and it still hasn't come off. A full charge on this car, which takes far longer than 20 minutes, is $12-$14. AND, I had to pay $5 to get out of the garage! At this point, I'm loosing confidence in even getting that authorization amount back. I've since joined ChargeStation - who doesn't do any authorization charge at all. And Electrify America, which offers different preload amount options and states clearly that when you get low, that same amount will be charged on your card. Honestly, this is such a shitty thing to do to people. If you're driving a lot with limited time, so unable to wait for a full charge, short charge sessions are lifesavers. But with this station you'll get hit with that authorization charge every time and would go broke real quick. No thank you!.

  One of the things I like about this place is always a charge available and it don’t take too long to charge my vehicle. The only thing I see is that maybe someone could stop by and clean some of the trash around the machines.
