  I asked that the attendant use a bottle at the drip sprout on my Toyota Tacoma to catch the oil when filter is removed ..(oil filter is located upside down in the engine compartment when the filter is removed) …He said he knew and would do it..Well he didn’t and used oil spilled on radiator hoses and under-housing…I even it offered a plastic bottle for that use and he said he did not need it..They had their own bottle he said.

  I’ve been coming to this location for three years because I love their service. They are always super friendly and nice. I really like the Rosedale location. I had the best experience today came in for an oil change. Eli assisted me along with Mayra and Sam. They were amazing. They went above and beyond I got a new battery installed oil change everything done sufficient and quickly thank you guys so much.

  This guy named Eli he was really amazing he talked me through the whole process and treated me really well. He explained as if it was his own car and he definitely did a great job, he took the time to explain and break down how things operate and he’s an amazing operator. I’m definitely coming back and he had amazing patience and hospitality with me. Definitely would recommend coming back to anyone needing an oil change he took the extra time to let me make me understand. He’s an amazing operator.

  On April 29, 2026 at 8AM Jaret, Jeremiah, and Samuel were amazing. Bright and early I was the second customer and they were ready to rock and roll. I will always choose Valvoline just for the positive experience over BMW for my vehicle. Thank-You Guys!!

  Good but could’ve been better. Since my car takes a special brand and weight of oil I provide all supplies. Since I had an air and cabin filter in the car. They wouldn’t even bother to check my air filters. Not expecting them to check cabin air but the air filter should’ve been checked whether I decide to purchase from Valvoline or not. Then I asked to scan a coupon which they said wouldn’t work, ended up reducing bill by $15. Off labor. They used to give great customer service here?! Do better Valvoline!
