- MMMannyApr 16, 20261.0The Mexican employee that was cleaning around the coffee area was really rude. We were there in the morning around 8am. We pumped more than $600 in gas in our semi and went in to get our coffee like we always do at other Pilots, but this experience was extremely poor. The employee was definitely having a bad morning. I did tell her that she should not be treating customers that way and she said that she didn’t care. Customers should be allowed to get their coffee in peace without employees cleaning over them while getting their coffee. Morning coffee for drivers is very important, and every other Pilot employee in other Pilots greet you and are very nice. Maybe because this is a Pilot dealer, that’s why the employees don’t care and are rude to customers?
