- DGDonald GrayApr 20, 20261.0We have Unlimited Wash on both of our cars. We love going there too keep our autos clean. Today I went through the location on Gosford Rd. next to Walgreens & Walmart. When I arrived there was quite a long line. Upon entering, then I realized the line was stopped. It lasted quite a while. The line eventually started to move. While going through there was a larger than normal bang/shake against the car. Thought it was the rollers pushing the car extra hard and acting up and assumed maybe that's why it was down when we arrived. Always go home after a wash to wipe down the water spots and found damage to the front left quarter panel, the same side that the bang came from. Attempted to go back but they closed at 8:00 pm.

I immediately showed this to the staff and filed the claim. They told me don’t worry we will take care of it. Filed a claim and wait 72 hours. They took pictures as well. After 72 hours, they called me that they won’t be fixing this. Extremely disappointed with the whole situation while they also ruined my car. I would highly advise to avoid this car wash if you wanna take care of your car.
