  Giving a shout out to Jacob and Stacy for their 10-star service at the Stine Rd and Downtown Bakersfield locations!! They went above and beyond to get the exact van i needed for an important trip. These two need a raise and/or promotion!! Definitely recommending them to family and friends!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Office manager STACY GRADY is very rude in shouldnt be a manager at a enterprise, They was talking to a customer on the phone for about 30 minutes, while it was over 5 customers waiting, The area manager DOM GROVE havnt returned my request for call back to speak with a manager as i requested from STACY I have filed a complaint and will be seeking to hold them accountable

  Sami, our representative who helped set us up with the vehicle, was extremely informative and caring throughout the entire process. Even when we returned later, she remembered details from our initial visit, which made us feel truly valued—not just like another transaction. She took the time to ensure the vehicle met proper standards and made sure there were no issues before we left. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer care really stood out. We sincerely appreciate her professionalism and support, and we would absolutely recommend working with her!

  Very upset with the service at this location I book at 9 and don’t get my rental til 10 every time it’s annoying why even make a reservation? They don’t clean cars correctly they always smell like smoke and nothing is ever done about it we basically get “too bad that’s all we have” which is very upsetting! Customer service sucks!

  I made a reservation for 10am and when I got there there were no cars available. When I entered the office there were 3 people ahead of me all with reservations too and one had said they had been waiting for 2 hours for a car. The staff said it would be about a 20min wait but after waiting for an hour they said they had not even gone to pick up the car from the airport branch. They would still need to go through the airport and bring the car back and wash the car which means it would have been another hour and a half wait after already waiting an hour so I told them to cancel my reservation and I left. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location they often don’t have the cars ready at the reservation time. Very unorganized!
