  Received a call from “Jackie” of Enterprise around 3 hours before my pick up time (7:44) that they dont have available car. She said to call me at 11:30 to confirm the reservation. I had to call them several times from 11:34 onwards just to place me on hold and inform at the last minute that they dont have availability. We agreed that they will cancel the reservation as they are closing at 12:00. Very unreliable, inefficient and poor customer service. Please improve.

  It's been quite a while since I've rented with Enterprise and I'm happy I did. I did call at my appointment time to confirm the vehicle was ready and it was. Once I arrived I was greeted by Jacqueline and she took my information to confirm my reservation and she was very nice. Another woman helped me (I wish I remembered her name) with the logistics of signing paperwork. It took no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Upon returning the vehicle, Jacqueline helped me again. I really appreciate the customer service along with the vehicle being ready on time. The vehicle I rented was also great on mileage and it drove smooth as well, Nissan Altima. We'd definitely rent from Enterprise again

  I was able to drive over here and expecting to book it with the person. They asked me if I had a rental booked I asked can I take any cars one way and they said no. That was the biggest issue which was hard on app. So I booked my car after I waited in line the got out of line booked my car on my phone and had to walk out side to talk to the person dropping off the car and then waited again in the line. Showed my booking and checked out my car. Got in service light came on change oil. I drove off because they only had the car half full of gas and I needed to go out of town. The window had a huge bug right in the middle and I turned on the windshield wipers and no water just smeared the bug. Since I went to Costco I had to drive to another gas station to clean my window. Then when driving to and from my location the bugs got thick on the window nothing I could do. So -1 star 1/2 tank of gas. -1 star no windshield water to clean window. Finally -1 star booking issue had to book it myself and no one way vechicals. Plus they are only open until 12 noon Sat so they can charge another day rental fee is my guess.

  Reserve un ban Familiar cuando iba a levantar el ban me llamo una señorita que no avia ningun carro disponible para rentar perdi mi dia de trabajo mis familiares tanbien perdi el hotel ese dia fue algo terribel para toda la familiauna experiencia horrible en esa oficina 4325 stine rd bakersfiel ca 93313 pesimo servicio de la enpleada ymuy discriminatoria me atendio me llamo 10 minutos antes de levantar el automobil
