    Shortly after departing your location on March 18 at approximately 5:30 p.m., I experienced severe and progressively worsening shaking while driving at freeway speeds (55–65 mph), localized to the rear passenger side of the vehicle. Due to the severity of the issue, I exited the freeway and conducted an inspection at a nearby location. Upon inspection, I identified multiple critical safety concerns, including: - A significantly underinflated rear passenger tire (34 psi) compared to the other tires (44, 44, and 43 psi), all of which exceeded the manufacturer’s recommended range of 33–35 psi - Visible slashing damage to the rear passenger tire - Substantial damage to both the front and rear passenger-side rims These conditions rendered the vehicle unsafe to operate and indicate a failure in basic inspection and maintenance protocols prior to rental. I immediately contacted Enterprise Customer Service to request roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle. I was provided inaccurate information regarding response times and availability, and my attempts to contact your branch directly were unsuccessful despite multiple calls and extended hold times. As a result, I was forced to operate an unsafe vehicle at reduced speeds on surface streets to return to your location. Upon returning to the branch at approximately 6:50 p.m., I was assisted by Tyler, who issued a replacement vehicle ( Silver Hyundai Sonata). I clearly communicated the safety risks associated with the original vehicle and requested a refund. Tyler explicitly confirmed that a refund would be processed upon return. When I returned the replacement vehicle early on March 23, I was assisted by David Grajales Sinai, who offered only a $90 refund. After consulting Tyler, he denied making any prior refund commitment. This contradiction is concerning and does not align with the representations made to me at the time of the incident. As a long-standing Enterprise customer with over 15 years of driving experience and multiple prior transactions, I find this experience unacceptable. More importantly, the condition of the vehicle presented a significant and avoidable safety hazard. Given the circumstances, including the unsafe condition of the vehicle at the time of rental and the subsequent inconvenience and risk imposed, I am formally requesting a full refund of all charges associated with this rental. I have retained photographic documentation of the vehicle’s condition and am prepared to provide this evidence if needed.
