Just a happy environment, which is cool to be a part of when you're hanging out in your car for them to finish up. Enjoyed the experience and have been going to this location for years, and will be back.

The only reason why I go is to keep records of fluid changes, you should advertise as 30 minute oil change because this would be more accurate.

They admitted they made a mistake but still can’t take the accountable to fix the car? Said they “fixed it” but they put a band aid on a bullet wound and the dealership itself is saying it needs to be fixed. Keep in mind I haven’t even had this car a year. Managers will not communicate with you after requests and hope you don’t keep calling.
