Various times have the service technician, have offered to switch out light bulbs, swap out air filters, and other Etc things in order to sell you their services, this is very misleading when I come in and request one simple favor and I get an outrageous number. The gentleman that I blame is the stupid hair comb over guy with the where's Waldo glasses . I am not ever taking my four vehicles for any Services here anymore, I went down the street to Jiffy Lube and they had no problem filling up my one tire for free. Please do not go to valvolin anymore I would highly consider Jiffy Lube which they stand by their word
