After having them replace the windshield on my brand-new car, I encountered multiple issues. I took my vehicle back to them four times because they simply couldn’t get it right. Each visit left me feeling more disappointed than the last. Eventually, I decided to take my car to the dealer, who provided a detailed invoice outlining everything that Safelite had done wrong and the damage they caused. After that, I attempted to reach out to Safelite for resolution, but they completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. It’s as if they vanished when I needed them most. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address the problems they created is unacceptable. I am left feeling helpless with no recourse. I strongly advise against taking your car to Safelite. Save yourself the headache and seek service elsewhere!
