Zero respect for drivers and our time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Even though we are from another country, he shouldn't treat anyone from any country or any background like that. We felt very upset. The cashier's name is Brian. It's because of people like Brian that people like us face such disappointment. We request that the Pilot staff be taught some manners.
