- GQGregorio QuinteroNov 26, 20252.0I called on 11/24/25 at 7:20 am and I talked to (Thomas ) Service department to ask if I can bring the truck for service that day he asked me for the rental truck # then he said Yes the truck is due for maintenance, we are very busy today and tomorrow but you can make an appointment for Wednesday, I said let me check and I get back to you with the right time then he said well just bring the truck whatever you want or you blow up the engine then he hand up on me .. I went for the service on Wednesday at 7:00 am and I spoke with the customer service and ask for a supervisor and he said my Supervisor is not in right now , can I help you? I said everything what happened on 11/24 and he said well ( Thomas ) is the Supervisor 😅😅 and maybe he was on a bad day😅😅 sometimes he is like that … So remember before you call for service please make sure ( Thomas ) is having a happy day 😀😀
