    I have been a loyal customer of Mister Carwash and a member with my two brand-new luxury vehicles. Last Sunday, 11/30/25, after having my car washed, the right side mirror was damaged. The top part came loose, which they were able to retrieve, but the bottom part was broken. It was clear that the damage occurred during the wash. They reviewed the video footage and confirmed that their brush struck the mirror, yet they still refused to accept responsibility. They claimed their machine was functioning properly and insisted that my vehicle must have already been damaged. Despite the fact that my car is brand new and I bring it to their car wash weekly, they declined to cover the repairs. I can no longer support this business, as they have shown no concern and refuse to take accountability.

    Had a continuing issue with the tire shine automatically. The young man at your facility on Stockdale and Buena Vista took care of it and seems to be working well. He was very personal and professional, and I appreciated his help. Please make sure his manager knows about this. Thank you.
