It’s a 2008 Saturn Vue so your car wash broke off a piece of my chrome That surrounds the Front grill as I said again my car is very old so that does not bother me but what does Is that you guys only keep things that fall off customers cars for a few days it should be at least a week possibly two I could’ve gotten my chrome piece and glued it back on but no two days later it was disposed of in the trash can

I was completely stationary on the tracks and had zero way to avoid the collision. The car wash is refusing to take any responsibility for an accident that happened inside their own tunnel. If you value your vehicle, be careful—they don't seem to care about customer safety or property once you’ve paid. I’m now stuck with a repair bill for an incident that was 100% out of my control."
