I thought it could have been handled better, especially because one of the tires kept losing air. But I just rolled with. They did offer to fix the tire but I would have had to take it myself to a tire shop and I would have waited hours for it. I will say enterprise was the cheapest in rentals, which is why I went with them. So I might just have to go with them again if need be because of pricing. I will give credit to walid from the downtown office who was kind and professional. At the end of the day enterprise only gave me a sorry for the inconvenience.

I understand people need rentals for vacations and such but there should be vehicles set aside for insurances claims that need these booked ahead reservations. Shaking my head at the lack of concern.
