  Im renting from Saturday Sunday I m returning Monday early sun they are opening but they whant me to pay a full day 😡😡😡😡😡

  Serenity you were amazing and patient with up during our drop off segment. We want to thank you personally. We were in a nee area, then my family all got sick at once. and you helped us keep calm and get things squared away after the hected week. Very understanding and proud to be a enterprise plus member. Highly recommend. Even when things don't go as planned. We work as a team to get situated.   I felt like I got scammed on my time to rent the car, I rented the car at 8:32 they wanted it back by 8:00 and the gas mileage I had to pay an extra gallon 😔
