    I came here yesterday and had the worst experience ever. They told me they had a minivan ready for me at 11. I got there early and one of the workers there I believe it was a manager told me that the minivan was there and that it should be ready real soon even though I got there early. A lady got there and she's waiting in the area and it's me and her along with my kids. She's on the phone talking about really foul things. Talking about really explicit things and very sexual things on the phone. My kids were giving me like weird eyes. There was nowhere that I could go because I was dropped off and it's not like they had chairs to go wait outside. I asked this lady that there's kids here. That's all I needed to say for her to just go off on me. She started saying that I was eavesdropping. She was very loud a very ghetto lady. The worker had the audacity to tell us to both calm down. He walked her outside so that he can get her to look at the car and she's talking about slapping me and threatening me and yet the worker didn't even tell her anything his name was Luis the assistant manager. She came back in and started recording me on her phone making me feel very uncomfortable around my kids. She was talking about me very loud on the phone to whoever she was speaking with yet again the workers that were helping her and did not tell her anything. I get up to pick up something that my daughter dropped from her stroller. This lady was straight staring at me and just giving me dirty looks. She started getting crazy and telling me if I was threatening her I told her I didn't threaten her that she was the one threatening me and she starts going off again and yet the worker starts to tell us to both calm down I don't say anything back but she continues to say that she's going to beat me up right there inside that store and again the worker doesn't tell her anything. She continues to give me crazy looks. I have my kids right there. I can't believe the worker Louis audacity to not say anything to her but to say something to me. It was 30 minutes past my reservation time. I asked what was going on with the van he said he didn't know anymore that it wasn't even showing up in the system anymore the manager wasn't around to help and he was just trying to figure that out to and he was getting frustrated with me. I told him that the worker who I spoke to before told me that it would be ready soon when I checked in early. He said well he doesn't know what's going on it was a manager that I spoke with and he's trying to figure it out. All of this on top of the stress that I already had I was there because of an accident was just so overwhelming. And then to have on top of this experience it's in front of my kids and then to be single now in front of this man when honestly all I was just trying to do was protect my kids from hearing her conversations. I know that for the next time I should have just called the cops when she started threatening me. Looking back you would have thought that maybe this is something that the business should have been able to handle. Because they were hearing the threats and they were letting her talk to me like that and not saying anything to her or not interrupting her at all. They transferred me to another location and on top of that they have not transferred my ticket. Brundage location was such a better experience the guy was on top of it very helpful and very nice. I will not go to Rosedale ever again if I ever had to. I'm still waiting for my ticket to be transferred and I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager.

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at the Rosedale Highway Enterprise location in Bakersfield, California, and share some positive feedback based on my ongoing experience as a long-time customer. I have been renting vehicles from this location for the last several years since relocating to the area. And I have consistently rented every week for well over a year. At this point I feel like I should probably have my own parking spot! Since Caleb, BRM has come along, there have been noticeable and positive changes. In my opinion, the place has completely leveled up and operations run smoother. The overall environment, organization, and rapport within the team have improved significantly, and it’s clear that his leadership has had a meaningful impact on the location. There's just an improved vibe! Whatever he’s doing, it’s working—and it shows. From a customer's opinion anyways. I also want to acknowledge Luis. He is the long-standing ABM who has been there holding it down and consistently keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. His professionalism and reliability has been one of the reasons I continue to choose this location week after week. He has been absolutely great to work with. I appreciate his consistent level of customer service. In addition, I want to specifically recognize a newer MT team member, Ruth. She is always incredibly personable, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. She consistently makes my rental experience enjoyable and seamless. Ruth really does make my weekly rental process feel less like an errand and more like a good interaction with a good human. To add to all that, she is so funny and I really enjoy our banter! And finally, my guy, Mike—who often picks me up and takes me home (in addition to detailing vehicles). He’s always a pleasure to be around, easy to talk to, professional, and somehow makes a car ride feel like catching up with an old friend. I look forward to him chauffeuring me around. He makes me feel like an Enterprise VIP! This group truly represents the best of Enterprise, and are hands-down my favorite group of people to conduct business with. I hope this feedback will be shared with them, as they absolutely deserve all of the recognition (and maybe snacks, or an award… or raises). Thank you for taking the time to read this—and for having such a great team at the Rosedale Highway location in Bako!!

    Update: 4 days later and still no car. I adjusted my insurance policy to suit their needs and now the problem is they don't have any cars. All I have gotten is just a BS reply under these reviews by a fake owner. WoW. WOW. WOW. Worst experience of my life. Insurance related business. Waited around for over 6 hours for a car just to be told i had to have a credit card. Not debit, not cash ( which i have) The credit card rule of standard left me stranded and car-less 3000 plus miles away from home. Thanks for literally nothing and wasting a whole day of mine. If I could curse you out here, I would.
