    What a joke! "Enterprise, we pick you up". More like, "We let you down. Way down!' Especially when I need to go to work, but cannot because they totally screwed me...Supposed to pick me up and provide a car. I need to go to work. All covered through insurance. Reservation made. Phone call confirmation made- by Enterprise- the actual place that was supposed to pick me up. Nope! They never showed up! Never picked me up. Would not answer calls during business hours! Called another Enterprise in town...they said they had no manager and no cars available. Yikes, how in the heck do you run a business like this? What an absolute joke. This used to be a fine and upstanding company- a real place of pride and customer service. No more. RENT ELSEWHERE. I cannot believe I am missing a day of work and pay because of these people. I am not happy with this situation. Fix your issues Enterprise. My missing work: $508.20. Merry Christmas? Probably not. Missing work really hurts.

    Well first off they were half the price than the local rent a wreck was. Ruth helped me get into a brand new car quick and easy. Also being able to extend the rental was very accommodating. I highly recommend this enterprise for sure, go talk to Ruth.

    Don't be late picking up you reservation or they will make you wait 5 to 10 minutes but they mean 30 to 45 minutes and then they put you in a dirty car.
