- TFTaylon FullerFeb 25, 20261.0You know what. I wasted 300$ worth of reservations for a trip from Fresno to Santa Cruz and San Francisco. While wasting my time from phone to in person when I was trying to leave at my reserved time at 7:30. I went to 4 different locations because I’m 21 and need extra stuff like a credit card. Or if you don’t have one. You need to show two forms of mail, or have full coverage. You as a branch need to clarify that from the go. While I was calling to ask to reserve again tonight at 9:04 pm, I just got off the phone with a lady and while in the middle of my conversation with this woman she hangs up. You as a company Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate or branch. I don’t care. You need to have better understanding, communication, and experience while working. What you guys are doing for hanging up on people need to work on your company’s work ethics.
- BCBrian ChoFeb 23, 20265.0Rented from SMF. Employee From SMF was something else. He said he will give me a mini van and brought key. But he wasn’t able to find a vehicle. He gave me small Nissan versa. I had a flat tire and there was no spare tire. Someone intentionally removed a spare tire and car jack. I was late for my conference in Bakersfield. I went to BFL enterprise. The person at the front desk gladly replace with Honda civic and he even double check make sure there is spare tire. He was awesome. I forgot his name. Tall guy worked at night. Every employees should like him. Very polite and helpful. The management is lucky to have him as their employee. BFL enterprise is the best.
