    Autozone at 3400 Stine Road will never have my business. I went into the store on Saturday February 14th at 5:30 pm. 2 Young women were behind the counter having a conversation, did not acknowledge me at all. I grabbed the gallon of oil I came in for, walked to check-out line. As I was walking up, the two women walked behind the shelving and continued their conversation. I stood there for a few minutes, got tired of waiting, put the oil on the counter and walked out. While I was waiting the phone rang 2 separate times, at least 10 times. Don't think it was answered either. Horrible customer service. I will go back to O'Reilly, even though its out of my way because they never ignore a customer.

    Nancie B. at AutoZone provided exceptional service on Monday, January 19, 2026. Despite issues with a two-month-old purchase, she went above and beyond to process the return smoothly. Nancie also expertly recommended a high mileage fuel treatment for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, finding the best deal available. Her exemplary customer service and leadership by example were highly impressive.

    Nancie was very helpful today with me and my wife. She helped us get pricing on brakes and rotors for our vehicle. She is super knowledgeable and very well informed. I noticed her parts expert pin and I must say that was a plus and gave me confidence she knew what she was talking about.

    When I first came into the store I was greeted promptly by one of the workers Nancie. Tried looking for my part but couldn’t actually find it so I asked for help and she gladly looked for my part and found it. When ringing me out at the register she gave me outstanding customer service with a smile. I also needed another part that unfortunately they didn’t have and had to order it which she ordered it for me. At the end of everything after paying I asked for one more thing since my check engine light on my vehicle was on I asked Nancie if she can scan the vehicle which she did without hesitation. She gave me the codes and even told me a place where I can get the vehicle diagnosed further. Honestly customer service like this should be valued considering I’ve been to other parts stores where workers would either not want to help me out or sigh at the smallest request. Nancie had a smile on her face and even made small talk with me the whole time. She definitely needs a raise/promotion because she obviously cares and goes above and beyond her work responsibilities!
