  I went into autozone a little scared because my father usually does all the car stuff for me but Nancie made sure that I felt comfortable and understood everything about the starter I bought and the warranty. Honestly the customer service Nancie showed was amazing I will definitely come back if every employee will show me the kindness and compassion that she did, thank you for the great service !

  I went this past Saturday into the store. Like most people I’m working on a project myself. Nancie B is who helped me out. I have different parts from different Honda civics in my vehicle. She managed to pinpoint the ones I needed jumping back and forth from the years I needed since my engine is pretty much a Frankenstein engine. Non the less I appreciate her taking her time and knowledge of parts and different terms. Thank You Nancie B.

  Last week I went into the store. The lady at the front counter Nancie B was very nice and helpful with me. I didn't fully know the information for the vehicle part I needed. She took her time with me and did everything in her power to find it for me and she did. I just want to say thank you I am of older age and I know sometimes people might not have that much patients with older people , thank you once again Nancie B for having patience with me and being very understanding I appreciate your hard work ethic and compassion for.people.

  When I first came into the store I was greeted promptly by one of the workers Nancie. Tried looking for my part but couldn’t actually find it so I asked for help and she gladly looked for my part and found it. When ringing me out at the register she gave me outstanding customer service with a smile. I also needed another part that unfortunately they didn’t have and had to order it which she ordered it for me. At the end of everything after paying I asked for one more thing since my check engine light on my vehicle was on I asked Nancie if she can scan the vehicle which she did without hesitation. She gave me the codes and even told me a place where I can get the vehicle diagnosed further. Honestly customer service like this should be valued considering I’ve been to other parts stores where workers would either not want to help me out or sigh at the smallest request. Nancie had a smile on her face and even made small talk with me the whole time. She definitely needs a raise/promotion because she obviously cares and goes above and beyond her work responsibilities!

  I went to this Auto Zone to buy a steering wheel cover for my 99 Camry. The 1st one I bought didn't fit. Brought in back inside to the store. The Mgr, Nancie B. made sure I got one that did fit with the help of a co-worker. She then went the extra mile & did a price adjustment & I left the store happy. She did an excellent job and was very professional and helpful and courteous. Definitely coming back to this store when I need something else. Thanks, Warren Stewart
