He gave me the device and told me to do it myself before he carried on with his phone conversation. I tried to figure it out but walked out because I don’t know how to use the device and it seemed like they didn’t want to help me. That’s when I remembered that I always have bad experiences with AutoZone and have an account with O’Reilly’s. Everything happens for a reason.

Billy was the man who helped me out, not only did he answer all of my questions and install my windshield wipers he switched out my license plate frame since I didnt have the right screw driver and home and he put my tags on the car he even scored them for me so it isn't stolen. This is my first car so it was a huge help and very appreciated. I offered him a tip and he didnt accept it, he just helped because he wanted to. Thank you billy!
