He came out, tested the battery, tested the starting system & tested the voltage on the battery terminals. He found the issue and was able to provide guidance that prevented me from spending hundreds of dollars. With his guidance and experience he gave a solution that allowed me to leave the parking lot with a fully functioning starting vehicle.
