  My sales rep was Moises and his shadow (he was training. If you read this, I’m so sorry I forgot your name) We came in with low expectations cuz, honestly we weren’t ready for a car yet. The plan was Christmas time and we’ll, Christmas came early. Our little beater took a dump on us a few days prior so we made the decision to look into a lease. He was wonderful. He showed us around at a few options and took us on a couple test drives. Went in to run numbers with the manger and wooo man, I was fightin for my life. But, all good things. The manager was a great man as well. We managed to come to an agreement and we actually got a better car than we expected to get. I’ve never had something so fancy and with a panoramic roof!? Amazing! 10/10 love my Mazda CX50. 10/10 would recommend Moises and Bakersfield Mazda.

  Friendly service here at bakersfield mazda. They wont pressure you to get a different car or the next trim up. The salesman Jerrell Isom was kind too, I wanted only one car and he stuck with it didnt try to persuade me to get a more expensive trim or model. He saw the car i wanted and stuck with it. If you come to bakersfield mazda I recommend him for fast and friendly service.

  If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Jacqueline—she is amazing! She’s super helpful, communicates clearly, and makes the whole process feel easy. From start to finish, everything went so smoothly, and all of the Mazda representatives were friendly and supportive. Such a great experience overall!

  I contacted the dealership to inquire about purchasing a Mazda vehicle, and I was promptly connected with Ramez from the sales department. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and he introduced us to the manager as well. They both made us feel comfortable right away. We were shown several vehicles and had the opportunity to take one for a test drive. We really liked the car, and throughout the process, Ramez did his best to assist us and provide the most suitable options. The manager was also very friendly and supportive. The team exceeded our expectations with their excellent customer service. They even offered drinks and snacks, which made the experience even more pleasant. I’m very glad we chose to visit this dealership and would highly recommend Ramez and his team.
