She wasted time training an employee instead of doing the transaction herself given my time crunch, when she rudely responded "no." She later ended up doing it herself. Just sad. Not spending my money there.

Walking in, the air conditioning was a nice welcome, and both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Billy made me feel comfortable with my level of understanding in terms of the car's ac, while addressing my needs, and all without trying to oversell me as I've experienced outside Autozone. I appreciated how close the store was and definitely will return due to the positive experience. Keep up the great work!
