- ARAndrew RegnandNov 17, 20251.0EVgo is a joke. Their charger disconnected instantly, didn’t deliver one second of power, and they still charged me a $2.99 session fee. They don’t care, don’t help, and don’t take responsibility for their faulty equipment. I’m done. Never using EVgo again.
- DNDuc NguyenAug 16, 20245.0First time using this station and it went fine. This station was a little hard to find. Granted, I went here at night. When clicking on "get directions" within the EVgo app, it directs you to downtown La Puente for some reason. When pulling into the plaza, it'll be on your right. Navigation directs you to the left towards Jack in the Box. It's closer to the Fresh Donuts. It's a bit dark there, but at least it's off a main road and not hidden.
