Very friendly and many of the employees have been there 10+ years. It can be hard to find auto repair/oil change shops that do their work with integrity but this is one of them.
- JNJesse NakasoneOct 15, 20251.0Wish I could rate it higher. I’ve taken several vehicles here and have had good experiences. This changed after I took a vehicle to get smogged in order to sell it. I smogged it and sent in my renewal only to never receive the registration in the mail. When I contacted the DMV they said they never received the smog certificate. When I spoke with Speedee they said it was the DMV’s fault. All this and I am the one who has to pay late registration fees. I call the location and they say they can’t do anything except for me to bring it in for a retest at full price due to the time limit lapsing. I leave a review about my experience and the Manager kindly lets me know I can get a free retest since the DMV says they never received the certificate. Although it may not have been their fault I greatly appreciated SpeeDee’s customer service. All that good will SpeeDee built up went out the window when the technician gave my wife a hard time when she brought the car in for the retest. This could have been a positive review but it was all undone by an unprofessional tech who had to run his mouth to my wife. Shops already have a bad reputation concerning their behavior with women bringing cars in for work, and this experience is justifying that reputation.
