- MTMaile TackittDec 29, 20252.0We bought another quick quack membership in July of 2025 when we purchased our dodge challenger etc. the staff there have always been super awesome every time we take our car in for a wash which is usually once a week or more sometimes . Previous to us buying a membership in July We have always paid for monthly memberships for our other cars at quick quack. Today my husband took our challenger in for wash and due to his bladder cancer when he needs to use the restroom , he really needs to use it and previous times he has been there they have directed him to where the bathroom is located no problem or issues , except for today he needed to use the restroom and the girl working there came back to the bathroom and opened the door while my husband was urinating and proceeded to stand there while he was peeing and tell him that the bathroom is for employees only and that he needed to leave. She literally stood there holding the door open the entire time while my husband finished urinating in the toilet. My husband is NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE WAY THIS FEMALE EMPLOYEE WENT ABOUT LETTING MY HUSBAND KNOW ABOUT THAT ONLY BEING A RESTROOM FOR EMPLOYEES. OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS LET HIM USE THE RESTROOM IF HE NEEDED TOO SO HE ASSUMED IT WAS A PUBLIC RESTROOM. Anyways just thought I would let mgmt know .
